Parcels are usually shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via UPS with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Parcels can also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it involves additional costs. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your parcel online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary according to the total weight of the parcel. We recommend grouping all your items in one order. We cannot combine two separate orders and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

The box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

The product you received does not match what you expected? Would you like to change the size, the color, or even purchase a completely different product? At Herman Belgium, we respect your choice. Simply return the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition. You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your parcel to request a refund or an exchange (excluding sale items), with the postmark serving as proof. Damaged, soiled, or incomplete items will not be accepted, and any request for refund or exchange will be considered void after the deadline.

Within fifteen (15) days after receiving the products, Herman Belgium will refund the amounts already paid, minus any applicable shipping costs. The refund will be made using the same payment method you selected at the time of your order.

You can exchange an item for a different color or size, or for another item of the same price or cheaper. If it is cheaper, we will refund you the difference. If you wish to exchange it for a more expensive item, you must return the original product and place a new order on our e-shop.

To proceed with the return or exchange, please fill in the form enclosed with your parcel, indicating the return codes and quantities, and where applicable, the new size or color you would like in exchange. Include this form with the items in the parcel. Reuse the original package. Place our return address label over your delivery address. Returns are at your own expense, so please remember to stamp your parcel. Please note that you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us, which is why we recommend using tracked or registered shipping.
